What has Alpha Kappa Psi taught you?
Alpha Kappa Psi taught me that there really isn’t a limit to how successful you can be if you are genuine about your intent to do well and succeed. When I first joined Alpha Kappa Psi I had no idea I would be selected as 1/11 students for the Sigma Class of The Academy and in two years I would be Chapter President.
What will you miss about college?
I will definitely miss the ability to explore different hobbies and interests freely in college. I think it’s a great time to be able to cultivate different interests because you have so much time and opportunity to do so.
Do you have any advice for current college students?
For current college students, don’t be afraid to try something new or something you don’t feel cut out for. Sometimes it’s easy to feel forced into a box, whether that’s within your social group or your career. The best way to really find your passions is to figure out what you like and don’t like by taking those leaps of faith.
